Dear Sir,

It is to inform you that we had pleaded our civil case being heard by Honorable High Court.

Today, I received a notice of next hearing on 17th December, from the Honorable High Court.

Hence to comply with the Honorable High Court Order, I have to take a Leave from 15th December till 18th December.

In consideration thereof, I request your good self to please allow me 4 days leave so that I can Prepare the case papers, with my Advocate to appear in the Court.
